About me

Hello, I’m Raul, brazilian, born in the capital city of São Paulo. I carry my roots with me and bring to the plate everything that I have lived and seen so far. For me, cooking is more than a profession, it’s a purpose and a lifestyle.

EDUCATION

After graduating in culinary arts at Anhembi Morumbi University in 2011 and working in the best Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi City, UAE, in 2012, Raul decided in 2013 to specialize in Italian cuisine. He pursued an extension course at SENAC São Paulo, in partnership with the Istituto ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Parma, Italy.
